Order Processing

Every piece sold by Prestigious Jewellers is inspected, authenticated, and prepared by our
in-house team prior to dispatch. Because we deal in high-value watches and fine jewelry,
processing times are slightly longer than typical e-commerce orders to allow for a full
quality-control and authentication check.

• In-stock items: processed within [1–3] business days of payment clearing.
• Special-order or reserved pieces: processing time will be confirmed by a member of our concierge team at the time of order, typically [5–14] business days.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Due to the value of our inventory, Prestigious Jewellers does not ship watches or jewelry
valued over $2,500 via standard postal mail. All qualifying shipments are sent fully insured,
with adult signature required upon delivery, using one of the following carriers:

• FedEx Priority Overnight (signature + insurance required)
• UPS Next Day Air, Insured
• Brink’s Global Services or [Malca-Amit / private secure courier] for items over $[50,000]

Packaging is fully discreet — no external branding, logos, or descriptions of the contents
appear on the shipping label or box.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Shipments are made Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the 50 United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA,Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, United Arab Emirates and many more].
International shipments are sent fully insured via FedEx International Priority or a bonded courier
specializing in high-value goods.

• The recipient is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
• Prestigious Jewellers declares full and accurate value on all customs documentation, as required by law. We do not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances.
• International transit times generally range from [3–10] business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order Tracking & Signature Requirement

A tracking number and insurance confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
All shipments over $2,500 require an adult signature (21+) at the delivery address —
we are unable to authorize “release without signature” or delivery to a mailbox/PO Box for these orders.

Delivery Appointments for High-Value Pieces

For shipments exceeding $[25,000], our concierge team will contact you directly to schedule a
convenient, secure delivery window and confirm identification requirements upon receipt. This is
standard industry practice for insured high-value courier delivery and helps protect your purchase.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. In the rare event that a package arrives
damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at [orders@prestigiousjewellers.store] or [1-505-633-8844].
2. Retain all original packaging, and photograph any visible damage before opening further.
3. Our team will file the insurance claim on your behalf and coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund.
